Service Description

My grief coaching is four-fold: First, we customize a way to integrate those principles by bringing clarity to your relationship with such truths such as life’s inevitable impermanence; second, we approach how to uniquely honor the lessons of love brought to us by the one we lost; thirdly, we approach the inevitable transformation of our identities as a result of losing the physical presence of that which we loved so much; and finally we learn together how to forge those necessary qualities of character that will guide us through the rest of our lives and enable the ongoing sense of equanimity in the face of our losses. Ultimately, you are the one navigating these seas. I am the coach that may help you to raise your sail during the storm and, because of surviving my own time in those seas, I may know how to steer you around rocks on your route to a new shore created by the resilient heart that lives within you.
