Service Description

We will focus on clarifying your ambitions and goals to increase the likelihood of obtaining your desired fulfillment. Clarity can generate constructive solutions to blockages and the creative momentum needed to fulfill our ambitions. We will do this by uniquely customizing the foundational tools of a growth mindset to your situation. These tools include how to actualize neuroplasticity and make the most of neurolinguistic programming and what you suggest to yourself daily. My mission is that once these principles are understood, you develop the assurance and courage to rely on your own being to craft your journey through life. My coaching plan, either in a fixed series of meetings or a session-by-session basis, is fourfold and consists of: Define your goals and what you feel would lead to lasting fulfillment for yourself; defining what you feel are your obstacles; utilizing a growth mindset and physiological principles (such as neuroplasticity and neurolinguistic programming) to re-frame those limiting beliefs; and finally, creating action plans toward successful obtainment. All of this is in the spirit of going from thinking to doing, to being or said another way – from the Head to the Hands, to the Heart.
